Born and raised in Munich (Germany), he has lived most of his adult life between Europe, Africa, and the United States, notably in London (UK), Libreville (Gabon), Cape Town (South Africa), Santa Barbara (CA) and Atlanta (GA). He now lives in Los Angeles (CA), where he spends much of his time writing, drawing, and boxing. He is married and has two children.
